We're in this together
Bounce Milwaukee has always prided ourselves on being a safe, welcoming environment for both the public and our employees. With that in mind we have closed for play and dining as of 9pm on Monday, March 16th. As we navigate the impact of COVID-19 on our community, we will continue to follow (and exceed) best practices to protect the public while maintaining the services that individuals, families, groups and our employees rely on, and will reopen when it is safe for the public and our employees.
The following precautions and procedures will remain in place when we do re-open for dining-in and play. We will not be among the first places to open; we will continue to prioritize public health over profits.

Bounce has always exceeded industry standards for cleanliness and sanitation, but is establishing even more stringent protocols for cleaning, including:
- All staff (from hosts to managers) have been assigned a bottle of sanitizer, and will thoroughly disinfect and clean all surfaces during your stay (in addition to deep cleaning when patrons are not in the building)
- Additional sanitizer stations have been mounted around the building for both public and staff use
- Additional staff will be on-hand to allow all staff to prioritize cleaning and sanitization while still providing the great experience that you've come to expect
Social distancing
- We will institute capacity caps during peak hours. Booked parties and private events will not be affected, and you can count on being able to drop in for play unless we first make an announcement on social media.
- We have rearranged seating on the main floor, providing more distance between tables.
- Guests will be seated in staggered patterns and in different seating areas.
- Guests will be asked to leave if they are displaying symptoms which could endanger other guests; signage will be posted at our entrance noting these.
Healthy policies
- No fees will be charged to reaccomodate events, parties or meetings to later dates. If you want to move your event more than once, as the situation is evolving, we're fine with that, too. If you need to cancel an event entirely, we'll apply the full amount to any future events or services. Whether someone in your group is feeling under the weather, or you would prefer to change the date for other reasons, we'll stand by you.
- Bounce Milwaukee has always prided itself on providing paid time off to all employees - even our part-time staff, and health insurance to full-time staff. This is not only the right thing to do, but vital to public health. We encourage local, state and national legislation which provides paid time off to all employees, especially those in the service industry, so that employees do not feel pressured to come to work while sick, and legislation to raise the wages of employees so that an incident like this does not lead to financial ruin for employees. We support the work of PRAWN in fighting for these employee rights.
